Prices and payment
The wholesale price is in the catalogue and comes through the API — no negotiations, no price list by email and no “check with a manager”. Here is how it works and on what terms we operate.
Price examples
Prices are being updated. We do not show a number whose age we do not know — right now there are none in the catalogue either. Your company's exact price is visible in your account right after you sign in.
You see the price before talking to us
The wholesale price of every item comes through the API — as the same number and from the same snapshot as stock. To find out what the denomination you need costs, you don't have to write to a manager and wait for a price list by email: request the catalogue with your key.
The same snapshot is exported as a file. The export matches the catalogue response down to the cent — this is checked at every acceptance, not promised in words.
What the price is made of
Our margin, not a subscription fee
We earn on the difference between the purchase price and our price. There is no separate fee for connecting, for API access or a monthly subscription — everything you pay is already in the item's price.
Volume brings the price down — the mechanics are ready, the tiers are being filled in
The price is calculated from the actual quantity in the order line, not by multiplying the unit price. Active tiers are shown in the catalogue next to the item. There are no published tiers today — until there are, the base price applies, and we say so plainly rather than show an empty table.
Price and balance — in dollars
We buy in foreign currency and quote the price in it, so the number in the catalogue and the API does not swing with the daily exchange rate. What is quoted is what gets charged to the balance — no conversion at the exchange rate; your company's own number with volume tiers is visible in your account.
We stay silent rather than make things up
If there is no way to verify the exchange rate, the catalogue honestly responds with a refusal instead of an old price. Trading at a price whose age we do not know is a way to one day sell at a loss and send you an invoice for the difference.
Payment and documents
How settlements work at launch
At launch we accept crypto transfers — just as the wholesale platforms in this niche do. Invoiced work with a contract and accounting documents is the next step, and we will open it with a separate announcement, not quietly. Promising today what does not exist yet would be the worst start to a relationship with a wholesaler.
A balance, not payment for each order
Money sits on the company balance: an order is charged against it, an unsuccessful order is returned to it. The remaining balance and the transaction log are visible in your account and via the API.
Refusal before money
If an item cannot be delivered, the order is rejected BEFORE the charge. If we charged and could not deliver, we refund with a log entry, not through correspondence.
Frequently asked
How much does connecting cost, and is there a subscription fee?
Neither. We earn on the difference between the purchase price and our price, and that difference is already included in the item's price. API access, webhooks and the price list export are not charged separately.
How can I find out the price without contacting a manager?
Open the catalogue on the site or request it via the API with your key — price and stock come in one response. The entire price list is exported as a file from the same snapshot the API serves.
Does the price depend on volume?
The tier mechanics are built in: the price is calculated from the actual quantity in the order line, not by multiplying the unit price. Active tiers come with the item in the catalogue. ⚠️ There are no published tiers today — the grid is being filled in, and until then the base price applies. Saying “yes, it does” without a published grid would be selling a promise.
Can I pay by invoice and receive accounting documents?
Not yet: at launch settlements are made by crypto transfer. Invoices, a contract and accounting documents are the next step, which we will announce separately. If your business needs accounting documents right now, it is more honest to say so in advance than to find out after the first shipment.
Why can the price change between viewing the catalogue and ordering?
Because it is calculated from the exchange rate. To keep this from becoming your problem, the order sends the price you saw: if it differs from ours, the order is rejected BEFORE money is charged, with a separate response, rather than silently executed at the new price.
