FoxReload and Kodrio: how we differ
FoxReload is a wholesale aggregator of exactly the same class as us: codes, gift cards, eSIM, top-ups by login. Below — axis by axis, based on dated measurements; where we are weaker today, we say so.
Are the terms visible before a conversation
FoxReload publishes its grid of wholesale terms on an open page: discount tiers by turnover over a period and a commission size that differs by product class — game codes, top-ups, gift cards, eSIM and software keys are calculated differently. Checked on 1 Aug 2026 against their public pricing page; the terms may have changed — check the current ones with them.
We deliberately do not copy other companies' numbers here — a number published today becomes our lie in a month, and a lie that gets quoted at that. Look at the grid on their side and calculate for your own turnover and your own product classes.
Kodrio has NO published tier grid today, and we will not pretend it does. What is already visible without negotiations is the price and stock of every item: in the catalogue and by API request, for each item separately. On the “published terms” axis the advantage is theirs today, and when our grid appears we will announce it here.
How open the integration contract is
Their API contract is fully open and requires no key: the specification is served at a public address, together with interactive documentation. We captured it first-hand on 18 Jul 2026 — 55 core paths, the full domain model. For an integrator this is a plus: the work can be evaluated before registration, without asking a manager.
We do not expose that much externally — our public documentation describes the partner environment, and the internal core is not part of it. This is a choice, not an unfinished job, and it has a downside: to walk our path up to an order, you need a key, and a production key is issued after company verification; an order — once intake opens.
What happens to an order
On this axis there is almost no difference, and writing otherwise would be a convenient untruth. With them, issued codes are kept in the order line item, an order has an idempotency key and a test mode, and the lifecycle ends in separate refusal and refund states — checked on 18 Jul 2026 against their open specification.
We have essentially the same: repeating a request with the same idempotency key returns the first order rather than creating a second one; codes are kept with the order and can be re-read. There is one difference: we have no test mode, and your first order is a production one.
How to pay — and here we are weaker today
FoxReload has many settlement methods: crypto stablecoins on several networks, payment from an exchange account and rouble rails, including bank transfers for legal entities. Checked on 18 Jul 2026 against their open payment specification.
At launch Kodrio accepts only crypto transfers. A legal entity, invoicing with a contract and accounting documents are our next step, and we will announce it separately, not quietly. If you need accounting documents from the first shipment, today the choice on this axis is not in our favour, and it is better to know this before connecting than after the first deal.
One operator, two brands
The FoxReload wholesale brand and the retail brand trading on marketplaces run on the same backend: the API specification at both addresses matches byte for byte (163,894 bytes, checked on 18 Jul 2026). That is, the operator is at the same time a supplier to resellers and a retail seller on the same platforms.
This is not a reproach: your own retail is a normal way to test your own engine on yourself, and it also means their mechanics are battle-tested. But if you trade in the same places, this is an axis worth discussing with them directly — as with any supplier, including us.
What we advise checking with any supplier, including us
What is behind the stock
Order an item listed in the catalogue with hundreds in stock and see whether the code arrives immediately. A round stock figure across all denominations of one brand usually means “we will source it to order”, not a warehouse.
Does an order survive a dropped connection
Repeat the request with the same idempotency key and see whether the money is charged twice. It is a one-minute check and the most common cause of losses in integration.
Does the supplier trade where you do
Ask directly whether the supplier has its own retail on your platforms and how it handles items where you overlap. A “no” answer can be checked by searching for the names of its brands.
Frequently asked
How does Kodrio differ from FoxReload in one sentence?
In maturity, and today it is on their side: they have been working for a long time, publish a grid of terms and accept money in many ways, including bank transfers. On the order contract we are roughly where they are. What we have of our own is this page: we describe the state as it is, including what we do not have yet, and suggest verifying what is said against the open documentation and catalogue rather than taking it on trust.
Are you cheaper?
We do not know and will not claim it: their price depends on your turnover and product class according to the published grid, while ours you see for each item in the catalogue. You need to compare a basket of your best-selling items at both sides on the same day — a difference cannot be calculated from a single item.
Why use you at all if their catalogue is bigger?
Their catalogue is indeed larger: by our measurement of 18 Jul 2026 — more than seventy thousand items in stock. But the catalogue does not decide everything: a second supply line is needed precisely because stock of digital goods runs out for everyone, and a single supplier means your orders go down together with it.
Can I work with both at once?
Yes, and we consider it sensible. We do not ask for exclusivity and do not build terms on it: keeping two supply lines is normal practice in digital goods, not distrust.
