Digiseller and Kodrio: why this is not an “either-or” choice
Digiseller and Kodrio are easy to confuse by class: both deal in digital goods. But they are different sides of the same deal — Digiseller is a platform where you SELL to the end buyer, Kodrio is a supplier from whom you BUY. Below — axis by axis, including those where the comparison does not add up at all.
What this platform really is
Digiseller is a service for sellers of digital goods whose storefront is the Plati.market marketplace: the seller opens a shop and lists goods, the buyer pays on the platform, and the service keeps a commission from the payment. Seller registration requires no documents. Checked on 11 Aug 2026 against their public pages for sellers and their own public offer.
Kodrio does not sell goods to end buyers itself and does not bring you buyers. We supply items wholesale: price and stock are visible in the catalogue and in the API, codes are retrieved by request. You find customers yourself — on a marketplace, in your own shop or anywhere else.
Hence the main practical conclusion: the choice “Digiseller or Kodrio” is exactly as meaningless as the choice “counter or supplier”. The real question is usually a different one — where to sell and whom to buy from, and the answers to them are independent.
What each side earns on
Digiseller earns a commission on your sale: its size depends on the product category, the range is stated in their public offer, and the seller sections name the lower bound. We do not carry the numbers over here for two reasons: they change, and different pages of theirs name the lower bound differently — calculate from the offer and for your category. Checked on 11 Aug 2026.
Kodrio has no access fee at all: we earn on the difference between the purchase price and our price, and that difference is already included in the item's price. We do not take a commission on your sales — we are not part of your sale.
The practical meaning: these two payments do NOT add up to competition and can well sit in one chain — you take goods from a supplier and sell them on the platform, paying it for the buyer.
Where the comparison does not add up — and we will not force it
The axes by which suppliers are compared — wholesale price, stock, delivery time, behaviour on a failed order — do not apply to the platform: goods there are sold not by it but by hundreds of independent sellers. Each has its own price, its own stock and its own delivery discipline. An “average price on Plati” does not exist, and it cannot be compared with ours.
What the platform really has of its own is rules: money for goods sold becomes available for withdrawal no earlier than 72 hours after the sale, and for some sections this period is longer; a negative buyer review temporarily stops sales of the seller's goods. Checked on 11 Aug 2026 against their seller section. These are the terms for a SELLER on the platform, and they should be compared with the terms of other platforms, not with the terms of a supplier.
How this combines in practice
The “wholesaler provides the goods, the platform provides the buyer” scheme is standard in the niche, and this is not our theory: wholesale engines in this market have ready-made order receivers for Digiseller — we saw such a path in a competitor's open specification during a review on 18 Jul 2026.
We do not have a ready-made Digiseller connector today, and we will not promise one. We provide the catalogue, orders and codes via the API, and you build the integration with a specific platform with your own code — just as with any other sales channel.
What to decide before choosing
Where you sell
Your own storefront, a digital goods marketplace, a general marketplace or all at once. This determines the channel's commission and who is responsible to the buyer — but not the choice of supplier.
Whom you buy goods from
Here price, stock, delivery speed and behaviour on failure decide. These questions are put to the supplier — to us, and to any other.
What happens on a failed delivery
Ask both sides in advance: the platform — what it will do with your rating and your money, the supplier — whether it will return the charge as a line in the log without a request. Finding this out on the first failed order is expensive.
Frequently asked
Do you compete with Digiseller?
No. They bring the buyer and take a commission on the sale, we supply goods wholesale and earn on the price difference. A seller can well use both at the same time: take items from us and sell them on the platform.
Are you cheaper than Plati?
That is not how the question works: on the platform each seller sets the price themselves, there is no single price there. You need to compare your own figures: what an item costs you at the supplier and how much of your sale the channel takes.
Can I sell goods bought from you on Digiseller?
The platform's rules are set by the platform, and you need to read them there — including the requirement to have the right to sell the goods you list. There is no prohibition on our side: you buy items wholesale and dispose of them yourself.
Do you have a ready-made integration with Digiseller?
No. We provide the catalogue, orders and codes via the API, and you build the integration with the platform with your own code. We will not promise a connector that does not exist — and we will not name a date either, as long as there is no such decision.
